If you need to duplicate an entire group in your catalog, follow these steps to efficiently clone it:

Step 1: Access Admin Portal

  • Open your admin portal at admin.infurnia.com

Step 2: Select Subcategory

  • Choose the subcategory or category containing the group you want to clone. For example, if you're interested in shutter units, click on the relevant category.

Step 3: Edit Group

  • Within the chosen category, find the group you want to clone. Click on the "Edit Group" option which will be in the top right of the group thumbnail.

Step 4: Choose "Clone Group"

  • In the dropdown menu, locate and select the "Clone Group" option.

Step 5: Specify Destination

  • You'll be prompted to specify the destination for the cloned group. Choose the category or subcategory where you want the clone to reside.

Step 6: Input New Group Name

  • Input a name for the new cloned group. This name will distinguish it from the original.

Step 7: Modify SKU Names (Optional)

  • Optionally, you can change the names of the SKUs within the cloned group. This step is useful if you want to differentiate SKU names for clarity.

Step 8: Clone Sales Channels and Prices (Optional)

  • Choose whether to clone sales channels and prices from the original group to the new clone. This is useful if you want consistency in pricing and sales channels.

Step 9: Confirm and Clone

  • After inputting the necessary details, click on the "Clone" button to initiate the cloning process.

Step 10: Verify the New Group

  • Confirm that the new group, with the specified name and cloned SKUs, has been successfully created.

By following these steps, you can efficiently clone entire groups within your catalog. This is particularly useful when you want to make changes to SKUs owned by you, even if they were originally owned by Infurnia. Cloning allows you to take ownership and make modifications as needed.
