How to change the back-panel construction to onset on carcass panels?

Individual SKU Modification:

  1. Open Admin Portal:

    • Navigate to the catalogue section.

    • Select the specific SKU you want to modify.

  2. Edit SKU Structure:

    • Click on Edit SKU Structure to open the SKU at a component level.

  3. Adjusting Construction Settings:

    • Hide Countertop and Top Panel:

      • Turn off the countertop.

      • Go to the Construction option in the Carcass section.

      • Select the Railing option, choose Top, and set it to Full.

    • Modify Back Panel:

      • Select the back panel and go to the Panel level.

      • Go to the Construction option and open Extension Parameters.

      • Set all sides (left, right, back, front) to 0mm to remove extensions.

      • Set Offset:

        • Ensure the offset equals the thickness of the back panel.

        • Example: If the back panel is 6mm BWR ply with 1mm external and internal, the total thickness is 8mm.

        • Set the offset to 8mm.

      • Adjust Edge Constructions:

        • Go to Construction in the Carcass section.

        • Change the edge constructions to ensure the back panel aligns with the other carcass panels:

          • Change back on left.

          • Change back on right.

          • Change back on top.

          • Change back on bottom.

      • Save the modifications.

  4. Save SKU:

    • Save this configuration to use this SKU in your design portal.

Bulk Modification for Multiple SKUs:

  1. Select Multiple SKUs:

    • Select all the SKUs you want to modify by checking the boxes next to them.

  2. Initiate Bulk Action:

    • Click on Bulk Action and select Bulk Edit SKU Structure.

    • Confirm your selection and proceed to editing.

  3. Apply Modifications in Bulk:

    • Top Panel:

      • In the search option, type rails.

      • Set Half Top converting top panel to False.

    • Back Panel Offset:

      • In the search option, type offset.

      • Set Back Panel Offset to 8.

    • Remove Extensions:

      • In the search option, type grooving.

      • Set Back Panel Grooving to 0.

    • Edge Construction:

      • In the search option, type construction.

      • Modify all the back edge sections accordingly (left back edge, right back edge, top back edge, bottom back edge).

  4. Confirm and Publish:

    • Proceed to confirmation and review the changes.

    • Publish the changes and exit.

By following these steps, you can modify the construction style of back panels for both individual and multiple SKUs, ensuring they align with your preferred construction style in Infurnia.
