Downloading Finish Count and Board Count in Board Layout

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Generate Board Layout:

    • Ensure you have generated the board layout for the enabled cabinets in your work order.

  2. Download Finish Count and Board Count:

    • Go to the Outputs section on the left-hand side.

    • Select Board Layout.

  3. Access Download Options:

    • Click on the Download option on the right-hand side.

    • You will see options to download Finish Count in CSV format and Board Count in CSV format.

  4. Download Finish Count:

    • Select Download Finish Count in CSV.

    • Once downloaded, open the CSV file to view the details.

  5. Finish Count CSV Format:

    • Output Name: Consolidated Finishes List

    • Project Name: The name of your project

    • Client Name: The client's name

    • Fields Included:

      • Finish Name: Names of the finishes (e.g., Cambric Grey, Acacia Exodus)

      • Number of Sheets Required: Quantity of sheets needed (e.g., 2 sheets of Cambric Grey, 6 sheets of Acacia Exodus)

      • Sheet Name: Names as per your board layout

      • Sheet Side: External or Internal

      • Board Size: Specified in your board layout

      • Panels Included: Panels included in each sheet

  6. Download Board Count:

    • Select Download Board Count in CSV.

    • Once downloaded, open the CSV file to view the details.

  7. Board Count CSV Format:

    • Project Name: The name of your project

    • Client Name: The client's name

    • Fields Included:

      • External Finish: The finish applied on the external side

      • Internal Finish: The finish applied on the internal side

      • Core Material: The core material used

      • Board Label: Labels for the boards

      • Board Count: Number of boards required (e.g., 2 boards)

      • Board Sizes: Sizes of the boards

By following these steps, you can efficiently download and review the finish count and board count details for your project, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented.
