Generating and Customizing Outputs in Infurnia MES Portal

Once the required modular units for a work order are enabled, follow these steps to generate and customize various outputs for your manufacturing needs:

Accessing Output Options

  1. Navigate to Outputs Section:

    • Go to the outputs section of your work order.

    • Here, you'll see various types of outputs you can generate, including Cut-list, Board Layout, Panel Labels, and CNC outputs.

Generating Different Types of Outputs

  1. Cut-list:

    • Settings: You can adjust the cut-list settings according to your requirements.

    • Download as CSV: There is an option to download the cut-list in CSV format.

    • Generation: The cut-list will include all necessary details about the panels, such as dimensions and materials.

  2. Board Layout:

    • Settings: Customize board dimensions, margin, saw width, and other parameters as needed.

    • Regenerate Layout: After setting the parameters, regenerate the board layout.

    • Download Options: You can download the board layout in PDF format, including additional details like finish count and board count.

  3. Panel Labels:

    • Template Selection: Choose the template format you require for your panel labels.

    • Field Selection: Select the fields to be included on the panel labels.

    • Download: Once the labels are generated, you can download them in PDF format.

  4. CNC Outputs:

    • Format Selection: Choose the required CNC output format (e.g., Homag, Biesse).

    • Inclusion Options: Decide whether to include panel drawings, panel labels, etc.

    • CAM Settings: Make any necessary adjustments in the CAM settings.

    • Download: Click on the download option to obtain the CNC files in the selected format.

Adjusting Settings

  1. Customization:

    • For each output type, there are settings options available to tailor the output to your specific needs.

    • Adjust parameters like board dimensions, saw width, and field selections according to your manufacturing requirements.
