Customizing Cut-List Fields in Infurnia MES Portal

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Generate Cut-List Output:

    • After enabling your units for manufacturing, navigate to the Outputs section and select Cut-Lists.

    • Choose the type of cut-list you need: General, Biesse, or KDT.

  2. Access Cut-List Settings:

    • Look at the bottom right of your screen for the Cut-List Settings option.

    • Click on Cut-List Settings.

  3. Modify Field Visibility:

    • Select the cut-list type you are generating (e.g., General).

    • You will see a list of fields with visibility toggles.

    • Fields may include Product Code, Part Name, Finish, Length, Width, Thickness, Quantity, etc.

    • To hide a particular field, toggle off the visibility (e.g., turn off Product Code).

    • Save your preferences.

  4. Review Updated Cut-List:

    • Once you have saved the preferences, the updated cut-list will reflect the changes.

    • The specified fields will no longer appear in the cut-list output.

  5. Set Default Preferences at Admin Level:

    • If you want to ensure that all future cut-lists do not include certain fields, go to your Admin Portal.

    • Navigate to Preferences and Settings > Preferences > Cut List.

    • Select the cut-list type (e.g., General).

    • Click on Fields and then on the Edit option.

    • Turn off the visibility of the fields you do not require.

    • Submit the changes.

  6. Refresh Existing Work Orders:

    • If you have existing work orders and want to apply the new admin settings, select Refresh from Admin.

    • This will update the current state of the work orders with the details from your admin portal.

By following these steps, you can customize the fields in your cut-list outputs and set default preferences in the Infurnia MES Portal. This allows you to tailor the cut-list information to your specific needs, ensuring that only relevant details are included.
