Generating Outputs in Infurnia MES Portal

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Create a Work Order:

    • Open the MES Portal.

    • Click on Create Work Order.

    • Name the work order and add any necessary descriptions.

    • Copy the design link and paste it into the Design Link field.

    • Click on Create.

  2. Check Cabinet Details:

    • Once the work order is created, select any cabinet to view its details.

    • Check the cabinet details panel-wise to ensure accuracy.

  3. Verify and Enable Units for Manufacturing:

    • After checking the details, verify the units.

    • Go to Enable Units for Manufacturing.

    • Select the units you want to enable for manufacturing. Verified units will be pre-selected, but you can also select unverified units if needed.

    • Click on Enable.

  4. Generate Outputs:

    • Once the units are enabled for manufacturing, you can generate outputs like cut lists, board layouts, and panel labels.

    • On the left-hand side, click on Outputs.

    • Select the type of cut list you want to generate (General, Biesse, KDT).

    • Click on Download as CSV to trigger a download.

    • The cut list will be saved to your computer storage as a CSV file.

  5. Check and Understand the Cut List:

    • Open the CSV file using Excel or any compatible software.

    • The cut list will include store information, project information, and detailed panel-wise cut list information.

    • If you need further understanding of the fields in the cut list, refer to the specific video tutorial provided by Infurnia.

By following these steps, you can efficiently create work orders, verify and enable units for manufacturing, and generate necessary outputs in the Infurnia MES Portal.
