  1. Access CNC Settings:

    • Navigate to the CNC option in the main menu.

    • Under CAM Settings, select KDT (.NC).

  3. Enable Final Pass:

    • In the Router section, find the Final Pass option.

    • Turn the Final Pass setting to true.

  4. Set Final Pass Depth:

    • Specify the depth for the final pass in millimeters.

      • For example, if you set the final pass depth to 1mm and your panel is 18mm thick, the initial cut will be 17mm deep, leaving 1mm for the final pass.

Viewing and Verifying the Changes

  1. Initial Configuration Check:

    • Before enabling the final pass, you can check the current routing process:

      • Go to Board Layout.

      • Select NC Mode and play the routing animation.

      • Observe the drilling and routing steps without the final pass.

  2. Apply Final Pass Settings:

    • Enable the Final Pass as described above and set the desired depth.

    • Apply the settings.

  3. Recheck the Configuration:

    • Go back to Board Layout and select the same panel.

    • Play the routing animation again.
