Managing Panel Listings in a Work Order

Once you have verified and enabled the required cabinets for manufacturing in a work order, follow these steps to manage and review the panel listings:

Viewing Panel Listings

  1. Access Panel Listings:

    • Navigate to the panel listing section within the specific work order.

    • Here, you will see all the panels organized by their respective cabinets.

  2. Panel Details:

    • Each panel is listed with detailed information, including:

      • Panel Label and Name: Helps in identifying the type of panel (e.g., C1.P19, Shutter Panel).

      • Finished Dimensions: Width, depth, and height of the panel.

      • Core Material: The core material used for the panel.

      • Internal and External Finish: Finishes applied on the panel.

      • Current Status: Indicates the manufacturing stage (e.g., Not Yet Started, Cutting, Edge Banding Completed, CNC Completed, Rejected).

  3. Cabinet-wise Segregation:

    • Panels are grouped under their respective modular units (e.g., Modular Unit C1 with 7 panels, Modular Unit C2 with 7 panels).

Tracking Manufacturing Status

  1. Compiled Report:

    • A summary report is available on the top right, showing:

      • Panels Not Yet Started

      • Panels in Cutting

      • Panels where Edge Banding is Completed

      • Panels where CNC is Completed

      • Rejected Panels

  2. Detailed Panel View:

    • Click on any panel to view its detailed information.

    • This view provides comprehensive data about the panel, including dimensions, materials, and manufacturing status.

  3. Download Panel Drawings:

    • In the details view, you have the option to download panel drawings.

    • Select the desired format to download the drawings for further review or manufacturing purposes.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage and track the manufacturing progress of each panel in your work order. This ensures that all components are accounted for and their statuses are clearly monitored, enabling a smooth manufacturing process.
