Updated over a week ago

When you open your MES portal, follow these steps to verify modular units within a work order:

  1. Access Work Orders:

    • Navigate to the "Work Orders" section to view all the work orders created for any particular project.

  2. Open a Specific Work Order:

    • Select the desired work order and click on the details section on the right side to open it.

  3. View Modular Units:

    • Once the work order is open, you will see a list of all the modular units included in that particular design.

  4. Select a Modular Unit:

    • Click on the specific modular unit you want to verify.

  5. Review Unit Details:

    • Upon selection, you will first see the cabinet annotation and SKU name along with the status of the modular unit. If the unit is not yet verified, the "Unit Verified" option will be turned off.

    • The details of each panel within the cabinet (left, right, top, bottom, back panel, shelf, shutter units, etc.) will be listed.

  6. Verify Panel Details:

    • Click on each panel to see detailed information such as:

      • Finished dimension

      • Cut dimension

      • Core material

      • External and internal finish

      • Visible and invisible edge bands

    • Click on "View More" to see additional details like grain, pre-milling, and edge bands.

  7. View Panel Drawing and 3D View:

    • You can also see the 3D view of the panel and the entire cabinet.

    • The panel drawing will be displayed, providing a visual reference.

  8. Verify the Unit:

    • After reviewing all the details, mark the unit as verified by clicking on the "Unit Verified" option.

    • The unit will then be marked as verified in the list.

  9. Check Verification Status:

    • Verified units will be tagged with a yellow marker, while units that are not yet verified will be tagged with grey.

By following these steps, you can ensure that each modular unit within a work order is thoroughly reviewed and verified, maintaining accuracy and quality in your project.
