Open your admin portal. Refer to this article for the same,

Go to the "Billing and Usage" section. This section contains options related to your subscription and user management.

Click on the dropdown menu next to "Billing and Usage."

In the dropdown menu, you will find the "User Management" option. Click on it to access the user management interface.

In the user management interface, you will see a list of existing users within your organization.

Navigate to the user being assigned the access, select the hamburger button against that name, and click on Edit.

A pop-up window will appear. Therein, navigate to 'Access Level' field. Select the "Access Level" for the user from the dropdown menu. You can choose from the following access levels:

- MES User: This access level provides access to the MES portal, allowing the user to open work orders and enable their modular units for production.
- MES Editor: In addition to providing access to the MES portal, allowing the user to open work orders and enable their modular units for production, this access level also allows users to edit modular uits in a work order, by providing access to the MES Editor portal.

You can assign one or both of these access levels to a user by checking multiple options. 

Click the "Update" button to confirm and save the new details.

7. A pop-up window will appear. Therein, navigate to 'Access Level' field. Select the "Access Level" for the user from the dropdown menu. You can choose from the following access levels:
 - MES User: This access level provides access to the MES portal, allowing the user to open work orders and enable their modular units for production.
