Click on the "Architecture" ribbon.

Select the "Walls" icon.

In the wall creation mode, a preference panel will open up on the left side.

In the preference panel, you can select the method you want to use by clicking on the "Advanced (Mode, Offset)" dropdown arrow.

Enter the desired offset distance into the "Offset" field.

Begin drawing the wall. As you draw, you will see the wall forming, and its location line will be set at the specified offset distance from where you are moving the cursor.
