    • Ensure the QR code field is activated.

    • Download the panel labels which include the QR codes.

  2. Use of QR Codes:

    • The QR code will be used for tracking panels during shipping and packaging.

Packaging Process:

  1. Initiate Packaging:

    • In the packaging section, click on the option to create a new box.

    • This action will generate a virtual box (e.g., Box 1).

  2. Adding Panels to the Box:

    • Toggle to Panels:

      • Ensure the toggle is set to panels.

    • Scan QR Codes:

      • Scan the QR code of the panel label to add it to the box.

      • Continue scanning and adding all desired panels to the box.

  3. Adding Hardware to the Box:

    • Toggle to Hardware:

      • Switch the toggle to hardware.

    • Select and Add Hardware:

      • A list of hardware from your work order will be displayed.

      • Select the desired hardware items and update their quantities.

      • Add the selected hardware to the box.

  4. Finalize Box Content:

    • Review the contents of the box to ensure it includes all required panels and hardware.

    • Print the packaging label which includes a QR code for shipment tracking, box details, and content details.

  5. Creating and Managing Multiple Boxes:

    • Create additional boxes as needed by repeating the steps above.

    • Each box will have its own label with QR codes for tracking.

Box Label Customization:

  1. Label Settings:

    • Access box label settings to customize text, width, height, border spacing, and font.

Managing Panels in Boxes:

  1. Deleting Panels:

    • If you need to reassign a panel to a different box, select and delete the panel from the current box.

  2. Open and Close Boxes:

    • You can leave a box open if you are still working on it.

    • To close a box, print the label and finalize the box. If you close without printing the label, the box will remain open.

Tracking:

  1. Box Status:

    • Track the number of open and closed boxes.

    • Monitor the status of panels and hardware that have been packaged.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage packaging and shipping using Infurnia's solution, ensuring organized and trackable processes for your products.
