Ambient light helps add additional overall brightness to a render, with or without the presence of lights. To access Ambient Light settings, follow the steps:
Select the Render tab, and select the External Light Settings icon in the toolbar.
In the Exterior Lighting panel on the left, select the Sunlight Settings toggle and scroll down to the Ambient Light section.
Therein, to adjust the ambient light intensity, either drag the Intensity (%) toggle to anywhere between 0 and 100, or type in the desired intensity percentage value into the corresponding field.
To adjust the ambient light color, select the Color rectangle in the Ambient Light menu and select the suitable color from there.
