Printing Multiple Panel Labels on a Single Sheet

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access Panel Labels:

    • Navigate to the Outputs section.

    • Select Panel Labels.

  2. Customize Required Fields:

    • Decide which fields are essential for your panel labels.

    • Turn off any unnecessary fields.

    • Example: Turn off Project Name, Design Name, Loading Order, and Client Name. Keep Project ID, Cabinet Name, and Panel Name.

  3. Adjust Panel Label Size:

    • Go to the properties section.

    • Reduce the width and height of the panel label.

    • Example: Set the width to 100mm and the height to 125mm.

  4. Modify Border Spacing and Other Details:

    • Adjust border spacing, line spacing, padding, and font size as needed to fit the essential information within the reduced label size.

  5. Download Panel Labels:

    • Once the customization is done, download the panel labels in PDF format.

  6. Print Multiple Labels per Sheet:

    • Open the downloaded PDF file.

    • When printing, select the option to print multiple pages per sheet.

    • Example: Choose to print 16 pages per sheet.

By following these steps, you can efficiently print multiple panel labels on a single sheet, optimizing the use of paper and reducing printing costs.
