Select the window again to open its properties. Unlike a regular window, a modular window had different components that can be individually edited, namely:

a. Modular Window (overall properties)

b. Window Casing

c. Window Frame

d. Window Sash

e. Window Pane,

which exist as tabs sticking out of right of the properties panel. Click on each tab, to open the properties of that particular component.
