Adding Items from the Infurnia Warehouse to Your Catalogue in the Admin Portal

To add items from the Infurnia warehouse to your catalogue within the admin portal, you can follow these steps:

  1. Access the admin portal in Infurnia by going to admin.infurnia.com

  2. Open your catalogue by clicking on any of the subcategories available in your "Catalogue" section.

  3. Once you have opened your catalogue, you'll find an option labeled "Add from Warehouse" at the top right corner of the screen. Click on this option.

  4. A modal window will open, displaying all the available models, finishes, or cabinets that have not yet been added to your catalogue.

  5. You can navigate between different categories, such as furniture, accessories, finishes, hardware, and more. These categories are available in the left section of the window.

  6. Select the sub category you want to explore by opening the drop-down menu on the top labelled "Sub Categories for __"

  7. In the selected subcategory, you will see various groups of finishes and items that are available. When you find an item you want to add, click the checkbox next to it to select it.

  8. After selecting the items you want to add, click the "Apply" button to add these items to your catalogue.

  9. The selected items will now be included in your catalogue.

  10. After adding an item, it's essential to ensure that the pricing details and sales channel for that SKU are correctly configured. Open the SKU properties of the SKU, and in the "Pricing Details" section, navigate to the "Advanced Options" and confirm that a sales channel is allocated to the item. By default, the "Default Sales Channel" will be added. However, if you have other active sales channels in your organization that need to be associated with this item, click the dropdown menu and add those additional channels. This ensures that the item is visible to designers within the designated sales channels.

  11. After adding any product from the warehouse, refresh your design page and then go into Insert>Furnish to see the products in your carousal.

  12. By following these steps, you can efficiently add items from the Infurnia warehouse to your catalogue in the admin portal, making these items available for use in your design projects and ensuring that they are correctly configured for pricing and sales channel visibility.
