When you're generating an elevation using the generate wall section view, you can also specify the distance from which the wall elevation has to be taken.

Under "Global Preferences and Settings" section on the bottom left of your screen, you can see a "Snap Settings" option. Click on the same to open the settings related to it.

Search for the option "Wall Elevation View Distance" and change the value of the same in mm. By default it will be considered as 100mm, meaning any cabinet which placed at a distance from 0-100mm from the wall will be shown in the elevation.

If there are cabinets which are placed beyond this range will not be shown, but if you increase this value to 600mm for example, then cabinets which are at a distance of 0-600mm will now be shown in the elevation.

So, in case of semi-modular kitchens or frame lofts, change these value to include these cabinets also in your elevation view.
