  1. Start by measuring the area you want to use as a reference for scaling. Let's say this area measures 349 in your current view, but the actual dimension is 3409, which is 10 times in scale.

  2. Begin by opening the Floor View, which can be found in the Level Navigation tab located at the top right.

  3. After you have entered the Floor View, proceed to the Global Settings and Preferences section on the left bottom of your screen.

  4. Within the Global Settings and Preferences, you'll find an option called "Floor Settings."

  5. In the Floor Settings, you'll notice a parameter called "Tracing Background." Click on the drop-down menu located next to it. And select the "DWG File" tab.

  6. Look for the "Edit Scale Factor" option. This is where you will adjust the scale.

  7. Input the desired scale factor. In this case, you want to scale it up by a factor of 10. Enter "10" and then press "Enter" to confirm the change.

  8. Once you've edited the scale factor, the software will adjust the scale of your drawing accordingly. To ensure the scale change was successful, select the measure tool.

  9. Use the measure tool to check the dimensions of the area you used as a reference. In this example, it should now read 3490, confirming that the scale has been corrected.

  10. With the correct scale in place, you can now confidently start using this as a reference to trace your floor plan accurately.
