How to add, delete and navigate schedules (BOQ)

You can create a list of elements used in the entire design, along with their properties, on Infurnia. This list is called a schedule.

Create Schedule

Click on the Production tab, and therein, click on the Schedule (BOQ) icon in the Production ribbon. In the lefthand panel that opens, click on Add Schedules. Click on the drop-down arrow under the Select Schedule header, in the window that appears.

A list of element names will appear. Check the boxes against the elements you want to add to your schedule, and click on the Select button at the bottom right corner of the window. In the Edit Schedule window that appears, a list of properties relevant to the design element(s), called fields, will be on the left. Click on the fields you want added to the schedule, and select Apply.

Your schedule will be created, and appear in tabular form. To exit the schedule, click on the Back to Designing Arrow at the to right corner.

View Schedule

Click on the Production tab, and therein, click on the Schedule (BOQ) icon in the Production ribbon. In the lefthand panel that opens, click on View. Your schedule will appear.

Hide Scheduled Item

While in the schedule, click on the row containing the item you want to hide. Then, click on the Hide icon in the Home ribbon.

Unhide Scheduled Item

While in the schedule, click on the Restore icon in the Home ribbon. In the window that appears, check the boxes against the elements you want to restore to your schedule, and click on the Restore button at the bottom right corner of the window.
