You can now make custom cutlists in Infurnia.
To access this go to MES portal > Published work orders > Cutlist > Custom lists.
Some use cases of this feature are listen below
Station specific cutlist format
You can now create and download station-specific cutlists by setting up different formats and machine configurations for each station, such as panel saw, beam saw, or QC station.
Example - You have a panel saw for smaller projects and a beam saw you can create two machines in the cutlist set up for respective stations.
2.Grouping similar panels based on certain parameters
This feature is primarily for panel saw users who want to create more readable and accessible cultist for the sawing station. For instance you want to group panel of same cut length and width together you can do so by adding the respective parameters in - Settings under the ‘fields grouped by’ section.
Shown below is an example of a custom cutlist grouped by panel cut length and width. Additional columns have been custom added, and under “Name,” you can see panels with identical cutting sizes along with their corresponding quantities on the right.
