Cabinet drawing improvements : Floor Plan and Elevation

We have now made floor plans and elevations more clean and easy to present as working drawings.With this update, you can selectively display elements and choose custom snaps for manual dimension.

Given below is an image of the same floor plan before and after this update.

Our floor plan is now simplified showing only bounding lines of units. You can choose to show countertop (as dotted), external shutters and drawer lines by enabling them in the preferences panel on the left.

On the preferences panel you can also enable the set additional detail for countertop or shutter- this allows you snap to the countertop or shutter to dimension it.

The elevation now has options to choose what details you wish to depict on the drawing. You have shutter designs, handles, accessories ,appliances, sink , hobs etc as options to show or remove.

On the preferences panel you can also enable which panels you want to the dimension in the elevation. By default carcass to carcass can be dimensioned . On enabling additional properties you will be able to dimension distance from - Shutter, shelves, skirting, handles and countertop.

You can set the org level preferences in the admin portal as shown below. Incase you wish to edit it on design level it can done on the design portal preference setting as shown in the examples above.
