The panel pricing template feature makes creating pricing estimations simple and quick .

This feature allows you to tag a price to a certain grouping criteria (e.g Gloss laminate with 18mm MDF should be priced at 1000Ad Rs per sq foot). Which means when you design any cabinet with a 18mm MDF with gloss laminate it will pick the price tagged to it.

To use this method of pricing , follow these steps -

1.Ensure the ‘panel template pricing ‘ is enabled in the admin portal as shown below. (For all orgs created after 25th Oct, the pricing method preference is automatically set to Panel Template based).

2. After enabling it you will now be able to directly use this method for your designs in the design portal. For access ,select the price setting button on quotation view and go to panel prices. You will be able to see 2 categories there.

Panel Pricing template- Shows all the templates set in the admin portal. For unassigned panel combinations , Infurnia auto assigns a template to it. It will be named as Autocreated X(number)

Panel listing- Shows all panels and their mapped panel pricing type.

You can see how this looks in the video below.

3. Now that you have seen the panel listing page , you can now create your own templates here with the following steps -

Select the panels you want to put under one template > Select the bulk edit option on the right > Select create new panel pricing template and apply it > Enter details and price for the template.

In order to scale and streamline pricing using this new method you can use the preset template option in the admin portal. The process is elaborated below-

  1. Go to panel pricing template in the preferences tab in the admin portal > Select Create new template on the right > Assign Name and price to a combination of - external finish, internal finish and core material.

2. You will now be able to see the created template in the design portal under panel listing. For the specified combination used you will notice the template assigned.
