Modifying Dimensions of SKUs in Admin Portal

Steps to Modify Dimensions for a Single SKU:

  1. Open the Admin Portal:

    • Navigate to the Catalogue option under the furniture section.

  2. Select the Base Unit:

    • Open the Base Unit section.

    • Ensure the SKU has an Owned tag next to it.

    • Click on the dropdown to select the desired SKU.

  3. Edit SKU Properties:

    • Click on the settings option and select Edit SKU Properties.

    • Under Product Dimensions, you will see the height, width, and depth of the cabinet.

    • Modify the dimensions as required.

      • For example, change the default height from 720 mm to 750 mm and the depth from 560 mm to 450 mm.

    • Click Update to save the changes.

  4. Edit SKU Structure:

    • To further customize, open the SKU structure at the component level.

    • Select the cabinet and modify the width, depth, and height in the same way as in the design portal.

    • Save the changes.

Steps to Modify Dimensions for Multiple SKUs in Bulk:

  1. Select the SKUs:

    • In the Base Unit section, select the entire group of SKUs you want to modify.

  2. Initiate Bulk Action:

    • Click on Bulk Action and select Bulk Edit.

    • Review your selection in the preview shown.

  3. Edit All SKUs at Once:

    • Choose the option to edit all SKUs at once.

    • Enter the desired dimensions for height and depth (e.g., height: 750 mm, depth: 450 mm).

    • Note: You may choose to leave the width variable as it may differ per SKU.

  4. Confirm and Publish:

    • Proceed to confirmation and review the modifications you have made.

    • Click Publish Changes and exit.

  5. Verify Changes:

    • The bulk edit should be successful.

    • Open any of the SKUs that were part of the bulk edit.

    • Verify that the height and depth have been updated to the new values (e.g., height: 750 mm, depth: 450 mm).

By following these steps, you can effectively manage and update the dimensions of both individual and multiple SKUs in your admin portal, ensuring consistency and accuracy across your catalogue.
