After making your changes to a rule in the Admin Portal, go back to the design to whose elements the rule would apply to, go to the Production Tab and select Settings in the toolbar.

In the lefthand panel, select Refresh Cache.

In the window that opens up, go on to the Rules Cache tab to see the rule(s) for which the changes were made, and select Continue.

Check the box against 'Automation, Manufacturing and Hardware Rules Cache', and Select Apply to load the changes.
