To add cornice to any side of a cuboidal column in Infurnia, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the Cuboidal Column
In the design view, select the side to which you want to add.
Step 2: Access Properties Panel
On the left-hand side, locate the "Column Section" tab.
Step 3: Adding and Editing Column Cornice:
In the "Column Cornice" menu, click the right-hand toggle button to enable its visibility.
A default cornice will appear along the top edge of the wall.
To edit the cornice, click on the drop-down arrow in the "Column Cornice" menu.
Step 4: Changing Cornice Profile:
In the "Column Cornice" menu, you can change the cornice profile. You have the following options:
Select from the existing profiles in the drop-down menu beside the "Profile" field.
Click on "Edit Active Profile" to edit the currently visible profile in the Cornice Sketcher mode. Click "Apply" to save changes.
To add a new profile to an existing one, select "Create New Profile" and sketch the desired profile shape in the Cornice Sketcher mode. Click "Apply" to save changes.
Step 5: Changing Cornice Material:
To change the material of the cornice, click on the drop-down menu to select a user-defined material, or select "Fetch from Store" to open a carousel of various other materials.
Select the desired material by clicking on it.
