To enable Orthographic Mode in your 3D view,
Open the desired 3D view and navigate to the Quick Action menu
Click on the Enable Orthographic Camera Mode
To return to perspective view,
Open the desired 3D view and navigate to the Quick Action menu
Click on the Disable Orthographic Camera Mode
