To unlock any of the projects within your organization, follow these steps in the admin portal:

  1. Go to the admin portal of your organization.

  2. Within the admin portal, locate and access the "Project Hub" which will be listed on the left side of your screen. Select the "Project" option under that.

  3. You will see a list of all the projects that are active in your organization.

  4. To filter and find a specific project, you can use filters such as project name, client's name, project ID, status, owner, and last updated date.

  5. You can also check for deleted projects and designs within this section.

  6. Once you've found the project you want to view, click on the three dots next to the project to see its details.

  7. Within the project details, you can access the individual designs associated with that project.

  8. Click on the settings options next to a specific design to check the tools available.

  9. In the project view, you can see the status of the project, and if it's locked, it will be marked as such.

  10. As an admin of the organization, you have the authority to unlock the project.

  11. Click on the "Settings" option next to the project name.

  12. Within the project settings, select "Unlock Design" or a similar option to unlock the project.

  13. Once you've confirmed the unlock action, the project will be unlocked, and the designer will regain the ability to make changes to the design files associated with that project.

Unlocking a project is a helpful feature, especially for collaboration and design management in organizations. It allows you to grant access and editing rights to specific projects when needed.
