Click on the pillar you want to move and go the Properties panel on the left.

Click on the pillar, hold and drag using the mouse, across anywhere on the screen. Release the mouse wherever you wish to place the pillar.

Go to the Shift Pillar menu in the left panel and enter the required values in the Right field (to shift right) and Down field (to shift front). To shift the pillar left or back, enter the negatives of the required values in the Right field (to shift left) and Down field (to shift back).
