The following components of the staircase can be customized in terms of material:
Landing
Individual flight
Individual step
Staircase Landing
To change the material of the landing, click on the landing you want to customize, and select the Staircase Landing tab in the lefthand panel.
To change the material of the landing flooring, go to the Tread Material field. Click on the drop-down menu to select a user-defined material, or select to Fetch from Store to open a carousel of various other materials. Select the desired material by clicking on it.
To change the material of the landing base, go to the Base Material field. Click on the drop-down menu to select a user-defined material, or select to Fetch from Store to open a carousel of various other materials. Select the desired material by clicking on it.
Staircase Flight
To change the material of a single flight in a staircase, click on the flight you want to customize, and select the Staircase Section tab in the lefthand panel. Click on the Section Materials drop-down arrow in the panel.
To change the material of the flooring of all the steps in the flight, go to the Tread field. Click on the drop-down menu to select a user-defined material, or select to Fetch from Store to open a carousel of various other materials. Select the desired material by clicking on it.
To change the material of the base of all the steps in the flight, go to the Step field. Click on the drop-down menu to select a user-defined material, or select to Fetch from Store to open a carousel of various other materials. Select the desired material by clicking on it.
To change the material of the flight stringer, go to the Stringer field. Click on the drop-down menu to select a user-defined material, or select to Fetch from Store to open a carousel of various other materials. Select the desired material by clicking on it.
Staircase Step
To change the material of a single step, click on the step you want to customize, and select the Staircase Step tab in the lefthand panel.
