By default, when running the pricing quotation, the 'Download Cost Price PDF' icon will not be available in the toolbar. To enable and download cost price, follow these steps:
Open the Admin Portal page, and navigate to Preferences and Settings in the left panel. Open the dropdown menu, and select Design App Configuration.
In the page that opens, under the Feature Categories header, check the box against "General", to open those features. There, navigate to the row titled 'Cost Price Quotation'.
Against 'Cost Price Quotation', check the Current Status column. If it read 'Disabled' or 'Default (Disabled)', select the Edit icon against that row.
In the modal that opens up, in the Feature Availability dropdown, there are two other options you can select to change the status so that downloading the cost price is possible in design:
Enabled: Select this to enable the Cost Price feature for users with any/all levels of access
Disabled for Designers: Select this to enable the Cost Price feature for all users except those with ONLY Designer level access.
5. Select either of the two, and select Update to save changes.
6. Open your design and run the pricing quotation. Select the 'Download Cost Price PDF' icon in the toolbar.
7. The cost price will be downloaded in tabular form, into the system.
