How to bulk-unmap multiple SKUs from a Sales Channel?
Updated over a week ago

To bulk-remove a sales channel from multiple SKUs at once, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the catalogue section in your admin portal, and specifically, select Sub category where you want to change the SKU names.

  • Within the Sub category section, choose the specific catalog that contains the models for which you want to alter SKU names.

  • Recognize that you can only modify SKU details for items that you own. Owned items are those part of the catalog you've created, granting you full ownership.

  • Multi-select the items you intend to edit. Check the boxes the appropriate groups to multi-select.

  • After selecting items, go to "Bulk Action" and choose "Bulk Edit."

  • Confirm your selections, then proceed to the editing interface.

  • In the SKU properties section, you have two options:

    • All SKU at Once: To change common properties for all selected items at once.

    • Individual SKU: To change specific properties like names for each item individually.

      Select All SKU at Once.

  • Select the "Sales Channels" tab in the window that opens.

Navigate to the 'Unmap sales channels to all selected SKUs' table.

  • Check the box against the Sales Channel to be unmapped.

  • If needed, make changes to other properties. Changes you make will turn green.

  • After making changes, proceed to confirm your modifications.

  • Publish the changes to apply them to the selected SKUs.

  • Once changes are published, exit the bulk edit mode.

  • Verify that the SKU names have been successfully changed for the selected items.
