Click on the column to open its properties panel. navigate to the Cuboidal Column tab in the left panel.

Under Dimensions, enter the required values in the Length, Width, and Height fields, pressing enter for each to apply changes.

Alternatively, to approximately resize, go to the Floorplan mode, select the column, and drag its side extents to resize each dimension (length or width).
