How to add or delete a partition?
Updated over a week ago

To add a vertical partition to a cabinet in your design, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Partition Space:

    • Click on the space inside the cabinet where you want to add the vertical partition.

  2. Go to the Partition Tab:

    • Once inside the partition space, go to the "Partition" tab, typically located in the design details panel.

  3. Add a Partition:

    • Look for the option to "Add Partition" and click on it.

    • Specify the number of partitions you want to add. For example, if you want to add one vertical partition, select "1."

  4. Review the Changes:

    • After adding the partition, review the design to ensure it meets your requirements.

    • You should see a vertical partition added, dividing the parent partition into two sections.

  5. Make Modifications (If Needed):

    • If you need to make any adjustments to the newly added partition or any other elements in the cabinet, you can do so now.

  6. Deleting a Partition (If Necessary):

    • If you later decide to remove the partition, select the partition you want to delete.

    • Go to the panel options, where you should find the option to delete the partition.

    • Confirm the deletion, understanding that all other shelves or partitions related to the deleted partition will also be affected.

  7. Proceed with Caution:

    • Exercise caution when deleting partitions, as it can impact the overall structure of the cabinet.

    • Ensure that you're confident in your decision before confirming the deletion.

By following these steps, you can effectively add vertical partitions to cabinets in your design and manage them as needed.
