How to add company details by default into pricing quotation?

To add company details by default into pricing quotation, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Admin portal, and navigate to the lefthand panel.

  2. Therein, select Preferences and Settings dropdown menu, and then click on Preferences.

  3. Navigate to Pricing Quotation Preferences, and open that dropdown menu.

  4. Navigate to the Fields dropdown menu and open it. Under Fields,

    • Client Details: To enable client details, select the Edit icon against the Client Details row, and set value to 'true' in the window that opens. Select Update to save changes.

    • Company Name: To enable company name, select the Edit icon against the Company Name row, and set value to 'true' in the window that opens. Select Update to save changes.

    • Org logo: To enable organization logo, select the Edit icon against the Org logo row, and set value to 'true' in the window that opens. Select Update to save changes.

    • Quotation Id: To enable quotation ID, select the Edit icon against the Quotation Id row, and set value to 'true' in the window that opens. Select Update to save changes.

    • Quotation Name: To specify quotation name, select the Edit icon against the Quotation Name row, and type in the desired name in the window that opens. Select Update to save changes.

    • Store Logo: To enable store logo, select the Edit icon against the Store Logo row, and set value to 'true' in the window that opens. Select Update to save changes.

  5. Go back to Design portal, create a new design, and generate your pricing. The changes would be applied.
