If you need to hide or restore specific line items within your quotation, you can easily do so with these steps:
After you've generated your quotation, review it to identify the line item(s) you wish to hide.
To hide a particular line item, select the item you want to remove from the quotation.
Look for the option "Hide Selected from Quotation." This option is typically available in the software's interface or menu.
Click on "Hide Selected from Quotation." This will remove the chosen line item from the quotation.
The hidden line item will no longer be part of the visible quotation, providing you with the flexibility to exclude specific elements as needed.
If you later decide to restore any of the hidden elements, you can do so by following these steps:
a. Locate the option or feature that allows you to manage hidden elements, which is labeled "Restore Hidden Elements"
b. When you click on this option, you'll be presented with a list of elements that were previously hidden.
c. You can then select which elements you want to unhide by checking the checkbox next to the item you wish to restore.
d. After selecting the items you want to restore, click on the "Restore" button.
The line item you chose to restore will now be included once again in your quotation.
