Updated over a week ago

To insert a compass into your sheet and tailor its properties, use the following steps:

  1. Open the sheet in which you intend to include the compass. Ensure that you are working within the desired document.

  2. Look for the "Add Compass" option, which is available in your toolbar. Click on this option to initiate the process.

  3. Upon clicking "Add Compass," you will notice an outline or placeholder of the compass that appears on your presentation sheet. You can now choose the precise location on the sheet where you'd like to place the compass.

  4. Click on the chosen location to add the compass. You will see the compass now fully integrated into your sheet.

  5. If you wish to modify the compass further, click on the compass object. This will display the details and customization options for the compass in the design panel.

  6. In the design panel, you can make several adjustments:

    • Alter the size of the compass by changing the radius value, making it larger or smaller as needed.

    • Adjust the compass's position by moving it right or down on the sheet.

    • Rotate the compass to set the desired orientation. By default, the North is marked upwards. You can rotate it by a specified angle, such as 33 degrees, to align it according to your requirements.

  7. To confirm the changes, simply adjust the parameters as desired in the design panel.

  8. If, at any point, you decide not to use the compass anymore, you can choose the "Delete" option to remove it from your sheet.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly add and customize a compass in your presentation sheet, tailoring it to meet your specific needs and ensuring that it aligns with your preferred orientation and design.
